I was approached by a group of private investors seeking to expand beyond Dubai and capitalize on emerging high-growth destinations within the UAE. Rather than sourcing single units reactively, I structured a multi-unit acquisition strategy, aligning several investors under one transaction. This allowed me to negotiate directly with the developer to secure preferential pricing and priority access to the most desirable units within the project.
Unit selection was executed with a clear investment lens—focusing on layouts, views, and positioning that would deliver both lifestyle value and strong future liquidity.

Through direct negotiation and early-stage access, I successfully secured 5 premium units within Costa Mare, all acquired under a structured agreement that maximized value for the investor group.
By entering ahead of broader market exposure, the clients benefited from below-market entry pricing and first-choice inventory, positioning them ahead of the demand curve. As interest in Ras Al Khaimah continues to accelerate, driven by infrastructure growth and global attention, the investment already reflects strong upside potential.
